ㅤappearanceㅤ
It appears whatever method Ku'rowl uses to remain anchored in the realm of the living has affected their appearance, as they do bear the typical anatomy of a Broker if one squints hard enough. Much like their kin in the Shadowlands, Ku'rowl stands Quite Tall, with wrapped metallic limbs and somewhat elongated, curiously-engraved phlanges. They have no discernable facial features when viewed from a profile, and if their hood was somehow removed and the dinner-plate covering of their mask was taken off, it'd reveal teal flames and naught else.
There are strategic occasions the Broker dons reality-warping, perception-changing trinkets to give those that don't look too much into them the impression they are a harmless mortal; only then is the dinner plate covering their firey face removed to show itself to be that of a normal Whatever'dorei of no real affiliation.
In regards to clothing, what bulks up their wiry metallic frame is often dyed in brightly hued wardrobes of orange-dusk, blue-gold and teal-silver; never content to stay in the same garb from cycle to cycle, Ku'rowl often adorns themselves with swatches of color bereft of affiliation, station, meaning or any real purpose — but each outfit without fail includes a head-flame-shrouding hood. Ornaments bedecking this fashion always arc upwards like that of a regal horned owl.
On occasion, Ku'rowl will celebrate Azerothian holidays - maintaining the spirit of the time, even if it's something as innocently championed as Hallow's End in January, or Midsummer during Noblegarden. The boy loves his holidays, and will dress accordingly - his favorite garb being that of a Winter's Veil sweater that is kept pristine.

ㅤbiographyㅤ
Ku'rowl arrived back at their Cartel conglomerate's base camp in the pustule-ridden lands of Maldraxxus one fateful cycle following a scrounge around a sold-out showing in the Theater of Pain, only to find out that the vast majority of their outfit had traipsed off to Zereth Mortis to become Enlightened after the safety of the realm was guaranteed by Zovaal's defeat.
Ku'rowl happens to both like what he does and thinks becoming Enlightened could be Insufferably Boring, and, as such, is now determined to become the Shadowlands' best representative of their cartel as possible - proving their sales expertise by being able to pull off legendary financial capers.
How'd they end up in the land of the living? Who knows.
What kind of capers? They aren't sure, yet.
— dragonflight time skip duration.
Ku'rowl maintained his presence on Azeroth via absconding to safety in varying locations from markets to landfills, scraping together a treasured grotto of 'fine wares'. He reasoned that returning to Maldraxxus was a net loss for his collection - 'hairy pustules' not commanding nearly as much of his interest as 'rubber ducks' or 'used Mechagnomish battery coils'.

ㅤpersonalityㅤ
Ku'rowl is a harmless tourist to the land of the living, and often inflates and conflates his knowledge of mortal tools and implements to what he can best guess they're used for - and is, regrettably, wrong on most occasions.
He is easily impressed by these mundane objects, and doesn't seem to understand or care for the market values of monetary currency - often trading for something of lesser value because it intrigues him, or because he's taken a liking to the customer.
The Broker is usually unbothered when a customer attempts to purchase from him with something as simple as a handful of Gnomish bolts and a wad of chewing gum in lieu of the listed value, and often offers the same courtesy to baffled Azerothian vendors.
Ku'rowl is always looking for the Next Big Thing that will take hold of the mortals' marketplace fascinations, insisting that trends and fads come and go in large waves.
His stock changes often to reflect this, and absolutely isn't reliant on things fished out of abandoned trash cans in varying capital cities.
